Having started out many years ago as an embroidery and heat transfer brokerage, we realised that to build a Successful business we needed a good mix of new customers as well as a steady stream of re-orders from existing customers.The importance of reliable suppliers was paramount to winning ongoing orders, if our suppliers let us down it was us who had failed in the eyes of the customer.
We eventually decided to move embroidery and heat transfer production in-house and our business has turned full circle with us now supplying many Corporate Clients.
